Once room block plans are finalized, those specifications are captured in the Housing Liaison module. During Registration, attendees specify their requested room type and occupancy period. Each new registration is then reflected in both the room block pick-up status and in summary reports. This ensures that attrition can be minimized by keeping a close watch on room night utilization as hotel contract deadlines approach.
